Targeting
The ESFD has developed in 2004 a poverty mapping which served as the targeting tool for its interventions.  View more

Community Mobilization and Socio-Economic Assessment
General meetings are held with local communities to mobilize and encourage residents to participate in specialized committees to assess the socio- economic situation. View more

Participatory Planning
Regular meetings are held with local committees to elaborate local development plans through the participatory approach.  View more

Projects Identification
Identifying priority projects emerges from the local development plans, supported by project planning documents that assess the feasibility of these projects.  View more

Projects Implementation and Evaluation
Selected development projects are implemented under the ESFD supervision. Monitoring and Evaluation is a vital process conducted by local committees and external evaluators to assess the results’ achievement and impact on living conditions, through specific indicators.  View more
